1. Who is responsible

VERIDIAN PAY - FZCO, a Free Zone Company incorporated in the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (IFZA Free Zone), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

This website collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. If you submit it, we receive the name, company, email address and message you typed. That is all.

3. What we deliberately do not do

  • No analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
  • No advertising or marketing pixels.
  • No cookies set by us — which is why this site has no cookie banner.
  • No sale or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; when your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as with any web resource. The contact form is delivered by a form-forwarding service that transmits your submission to our mailbox.

4. Why we process your data

We use contact form data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a service relationship. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, communications become part of the client file and are retained as required by UAE law, including AML record-keeping obligations.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that data we are legally required to retain (for example under AML rules) cannot be deleted before the statutory period ends.

7. Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small amount of data this website handles.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change what this website collects or how, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
